website is copyrighted in it's entirety. No copying or exploiting of the material will
be permitted.

3. Listing information is provided by the seller and is not guaranteed by
TRR. You are responsible to verify all details with the other party. All properties are
subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal. TRR shall not be responsible or liable
for any typographical errors, misinformation or misprints. If you believe any
information is misleading, please contact us.
4. You agree not to contact our advertisers for commercial purposes. Our advertisers
have been advised to notify us of any such abuse.
5. Refunds. If you post your ad and decide you want to withdraw it for any reason,
you will receive a full refund (minus a service fee of 2.5% of the cost of the ad),
as long as you cancel within 48 hours of posting the timeshare ad. To avoid any
attempted abuse of the refund policy, no refund will be offered after 48 hours from
placement of the ad.
6. TRR shall have the right, but not the obligation, to oversee the content
of this website, including pages, and messages to determine compliance
with terms of use, abuse of terms of use, prevention of spam, and TRR shall
have the right to refuse to post material that is in violation of terms of use,
and to remove any material submitted to this website,
and the additional right to deny access to any user who fails to conform to
any provision of the TRR terms of use.
7. TRR is not involved in transactions that take place between timeshare owners and users.
TRR serves only as a by-owner advertising site. TRR neither confirms nor
is obligated to regularly edit any member information and does not check into the
background of the persons supplying information. It is the sole responsibility
of any person relying on information found at this Internet site to verify
the accuracy of any information contained herein.
TRR suggests that all potential renters or buyers confirm all the terms of any
proposed transaction in writing before completing the transaction. TRR cannot
and does not control whether or not a member completes a timeshare sale or rental,
and does not take responsibility or guarantee the success or failure of
transactions negotiated between the users of this website.
8. Limitation of Liability. You use the TRR site and its contents at your own risk.
If for any reason unknown events occur, including, but not limited to, Acts of God,
negligence, reservations, service out ages, arrangements with third parties,
neither TRR, nor any individual associated with TRR can be held liable for any
costs beyond the actual cost paid by the advertiser for their ad. Neither
TRR nor any of its affiliates or third parties involved in damages will be
liable for any compensatory, direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, tortuous action, loss
of or damage to property, or any claims of third parties arising from use of the site,
regardless of the legal premise for the claim.
9. Credit Cards. TRR uses the same secure processing as banks, Ebay® and Paypal®,
meaning that credit card information is safeguarded using secure digital encryption, and
personal information such as your e-mail address is never revealed to the anyone.
The only service for which TRR accepts credit cards
is for payment for classified ads. Any other credit card services wherein
credit cards are accepted, is provided by third party advertisers, such as for
airfare, car rentals, etc. You understand and agree that TRR has no control or
responsibility for transactions provided by third party services.
10. Jurisdiction. All agreements are deemed executed in Vista, CA. Both you and
TRR agree that the laws and statutes of the State of California will apply to
all matters or disputes stemming from use of the TRR website,
its contents and materials, and you further agree to submit to the exclusive
personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of California, San Diego County,
and/or the United States District Court for any matters relating to the use of
the TRR website, or any transaction resulting from such use.
User acknowledges that all terms of use above have been read and user
agrees to abide by the terms of use.
